- Loss Assessors & Adjusters: Certified motor assessors, risk surveyors, and loss adjusters appointed to inspect damaged property or assess claims.
- Statutory Authorities: The Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), or law enforcement agencies when legally required by subpoena or court order.
